Eyá Ife is a healing retreat. There is mild movement, meditation, energy work, yoni steaming, group sessions, and more.
Release & Get Free is a movement retreat that requires you to be active. We use all types of movement (eg. dance, yoga, hiking, swimming, etc.).

Yes, but like any place you go, be smart and responsible.
The default arrangement is double occupancy.
For solo travelers, you can reserve a single occupancy room.
Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate at arrival based on the questionnaire you completed.
