We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. We're here to assist you every step of the way. We strive to ensure your satisfaction, even when unforeseen events arise. While we don't offer refunds as per our policy outlined in our rules (CLICK HERE), we're committed to making the cancellation process as smooth as possible for you.
Once you've submitted this form, we'll promptly cease withdrawing any further payments from your account. Please keep in mind that any payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be applied to a future retreat with Agbara.
All international travelers were required to purchase trip insurance for added peace of mind.
We're more than happy to assist you with documentation necessary for your trip insurance provider.
Simply let us know, and we will gladly provide proof of purchase and/or a letter indicating that the trip is non-refundable.
