Let go. Soften. Breathe. The Sacred Unraveling is a two-day virtual retreat designed to help you release emotional weight and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Held during the height of summer, this retreat invites you to step into the sacred pause before transformation, the inhale between what you’ve carried and what you’re becoming.
Through gentle movement, meditation, guided ritual, and sister circle conversations, you’ll be held in a space of softness, release, and renewal. Whether you’re navigating change, healing from burnout, or simply seeking rest, this retreat is a soul-level reset.

As the Fall Equinox approaches, we enter The Gathering Season, a sacred time to reflect, release, and realign. This two-day virtual retreat is your invitation to gather what matters, shed what doesn’t, and get grounded for your next chapter.
Rooted in seasonal wisdom and collective care, The Gathering includes gentle movement, breathwork, guided journaling, powerful workshops, and heart-centered sister circles. Together, we’ll honor the lessons of the year, reclaim what’s been scattered, and prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits for what’s to come.
