Agbara Moon Retreats – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Agbara Moon Retreats (“Agbara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions outline your responsibilities and agreements when participating in any of our experiences—including in-person retreats, virtual workshops, and community offerings.


1. Retreat Participation

By registering for an Agbara Moon Retreat, you agree to:

  • Show up with openness and integrity, honoring the sacredness of the container.
  • Be responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during the experience.
  • Respect the space, the facilitators, and every individual in attendance.


2. Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
  • Payment plans are available and must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
  • All payments are final. Agbara does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
  • If Agbara must cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future offering.


3. Travel & Trip Insurance

  • Trip insurance is required for all in-person retreats. This protects your investment should any unexpected disruptions occur.
  • We recommend a comprehensive policy that includes coverage for flight cancellations, medical emergencies, and retreat costs. A trusted resource is:

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses. Agbara is not liable for travel-related issues or delays.


4. Health & Safety

  • You confirm that you are physically and emotionally fit to participate.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or accommodations prior to attending.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Agbara is not liable for any injuries or conditions arising during or after retreat activities.


5. Sacred Community Agreements

  • What is shared in sacred space stays in sacred space.
  • You agree to uphold confidentiality, compassion, and respect for fellow participants.
  • Agbara reserves the right to remove any participant who jeopardizes the safety, energy, or intention of the retreat.


6. Media & Photography

  • Portions of the retreat may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in media, please let us know in advance and we will honor your request.


7. Intellectual Property

All retreat content, rituals, and materials are the property of Agbara and may not be recorded, replicated, or distributed without written consent.


8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them prior to participating.
